Indiana’s telemedicine law takes effect July 1st

“Indiana may soon have a better reputation in the realm of healthcare, at least in terms of patient-physician access. Indiana ranks 39th in that regard, but a new law that takes effect July 1st could change the Hoosier state’s standing. The new law will allow Indiana to catch up to the telemedicine trend and allow for doctors to visit with patients via video conferencing and provide prescriptions if needed.
